Notice on the processing of personal data under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data processed, purposes and legal basis

Browsing data. The server automatically records IP address, date and time, requested page, outcome and user agent, to keep the site secure and working (legitimate interest of the controller, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It is kept for 30 days.

Messages sent to the controller. If you write by email or LinkedIn, you share the data contained in your message, which is processed to reply to your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and kept for as long as needed to reply and to manage any professional relationship. Providing it is optional, but without it we cannot reply.

Recipients

Browsing data is processed by a hosting service provider acting on behalf of the controller.

Your rights

You may ask the controller for access to your data, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, and you may object to processing (Arts. 15-21 GDPR). You may also lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
